Annual Membership Meeting
Election for Volunteer Board of Directors
Three Directors' terms expire in 2024, each carrying a three-year term, and stand for re-election.
In order to vote in the election, members must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a member in good standing with a fully paid share as of April 30, 2024.
- Must be at least 21 years of age by April 30, 2024.
- Members with joint accounts are entitled to only one vote by the primary account holder.
- Qualified members are entitled to only one vote, regardless of the number of shares owned.
Current Board Members Running for Re-election
In accordance with the credit union’s bylaws, the Board has appointed a Nominating Committee. The committee has considered the qualifications of appropriate individuals from the membership and nominated, for the three-year terms, the following individuals:

Cornerstone bylaws also provide for nomination by petition. Any member with sufficient background in business or finance, and time to devote to regular and special meetings and study of credit union issues, may obtain a nomination petition beginning March 1, 2024.

The petition requires signatures be acquired from 3% of all eligible members to be placed on the ballot. Nominations were not accepted from the floor at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
