Frequently Asked Questions
What is a video teller?
A video teller allows you to speak with a Cornerstone team member through two-way live video. You receive the same great service but in a simpler, more secure way.
What is the difference between an ATM and video teller?
Video tellers allow you to visually and verbally interact with a team member, just like you would in a branch, while an ATM does not. Video tellers also allow for greater flexibility in the cash denominations you receive from a withdrawal or check-cashing. You can also deposit checks and cash without envelopes when using a video teller.
What types of transactions can I do?
Most in-person teller transactions can be done with a video teller including cashing checks, cash and check deposits, cash withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
How does it work?
Use as a normal ATM for cash withdraws, balance inquiries, or to make an envelope-free deposit. If you need more assistance, simply touch the button that says "Live Teller" to speak directly with one of our CCF Video Tellers.
Can the video tellers take cash and coin?
The video teller machines take and distribute cash only. Coins are not accepted.
Is it safe to share my personal information when using a video teller?
The level of privacy at a video teller is the same as it is at other drive-up lanes, except that we can more clearly see members via the video teller screen, which enhances security.
Where are the video tellers located?
Cornerstone's video tellers are located at a centralized location in Auburn Hills, MI.
Will the same teller handle my transactions? Can I choose my teller?
We have a team of remote video tellers assisting members, so you may not always speak to the same teller. Instead, the next available video teller will be able to assist you.
