How do I start a Conversation?
We're glad you asked! To start a Conversation, follow the simple steps below:
Start a Conversation in Online Banking
- Login to Online Banking
- In the Messages section, click the Conversation bubble with a "+" sign
- Type your message and hit "Send"
Start a Conversation in Mobile Banking
- Login to Mobile Banking
- Click the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner (i.e. the button with the three stacked horizontal lines)
- Click "Messages"
- Click the Conversation bubble with a "+" sign in the upper right-hand corner
- Type your message and hit "Send"
