How do I start a Conversation?

We're glad you asked! To start a Conversation, follow the simple steps below:

Start a Conversation in Online Banking
  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. In the Messages section, click the Conversation bubble with a "+" sign
  3. Type your message and hit "Send"
Start a Conversation in Mobile Banking
  1. Login to Mobile Banking
  2. Click the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner (i.e. the button with the three stacked horizontal lines)
  3. Click "Messages"
  4. Click the Conversation bubble with a "+" sign in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Type your message and hit "Send"
